Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, where available, PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing is discounted versus paying month-to-month. Exact annual amounts are shown on the pricing page and come from live plan data.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

You can change your plan anytime from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do I get lifetime access to individual books I buy?

Yes. Any book you purchase individually is yours to access for as long as the platform is available, with no ongoing subscription required for that title.
